OUR STORY
Pitch Realty offers professional property management services to owners and tenants throughout South East Queensland. We find quality tenants and ensure your investment is well cared for.
Pitch Realty traces its beginning back to 1999, when owner and founder Kathy Young established her first property management realty. Drawing on her experience as a property investor, she created an agency that provides the superior service and attention to detail that owners and tenants expect.
Kathy has built a long-standing and reliable team with a passion for quality property management. Investors appreciate the peace of mind that comes from building a long-term relationship with a team who knows their property well.
Over the years, Pitch Realty has been known by a number of names. We began trading as Pitch Realty in 2020, investing the same care in our brand that we show our clients.
“Our property managers all have strong family values. They’re experienced and deliver exceptional service. I’m committed to giving our investors reliable, honest and constant support with their valuable investment.”

We stay in regular contact with both owners and tenants and respond promptly to requests.
We’ve found that the care and respect we show people fosters care and respect for the property.
Our team stays up-to-date with changes to the Queensland rental tenancy laws. We’ll help you navigate your rights and responsibilities.
Kathy has been involved in property management and bodies corporate since 1994. As a property investor herself, she understands the level of service investors are looking for.
Kathy became the sole owner of Pitch Realty in 2019. Her commitment to superior client service remains at the core of this family-run business.
“As an owner of interstate property many years ago, I was frustrated by the poor quality service I received from property managers. It was clear that their priority was to simply keep the management of the property, not to ensure that I was getting the best out of my investment. The owner shouldn’t have to check up to make sure the property manager is doing their job properly. I realised this must be happening to other investors as well, so I started my own business, training property managers to give investors the kind of service they need and deserve.”
